In rare cases where an issue should arise, Design to Production’s 24/7 NOC (National Operation Centre) is on hand to help. This state-of-the-art operation centre which currently services Australia, Asia and the USA provides our clients with a peace of mind that that a dedicated team of experts are available 24/7. The NOC support system takes a proactive approach by continually monitoring all devices in the field with our innovative hardware sensors and advanced software integration.

Through the easy-to-use interface you can lodge tickets and check out the diagnostic information and status of your hardware in the field. Should there be a hardware fault and our service desk engineers are unable to resolve the issue remotely, our expansive network of service technicians can check out the hardware on site and resolve the fault during the first visit.
