Unlike third-party solutions, dpEMS is purpose-built by our team to address the specific needs of the digital signage industry. Installed behind the screen, dpEMS tracks performance data and reports in real time to our National Operations Centre (NOC). This allows us to identify, triage, and resolve issues—often before our clients are even aware there’s a problem.
