This collaboration will see Design to Production deliver a set of operational services for AOM, including round-the-clock Managed Network Operations and Content Services.
AOM approached D2P seeking to enhance the performance and reliability of its digital signage network, ensuring seamless operation and engaging content delivery for its clients across Australia, without the capital outlay required in establishing in-house operations.
Design to Production now manages network uptime for AOM through its state-of-the-art National Operations Centre. This facility ensures uninterrupted service by monitoring playback reporting, detecting screen faults, identifying obstructions, and addressing other technical issues promptly. This proactive approach guarantees optimal performance and reliability for AOM’s outdoor network and it’s clients.
As part of this newly inked partnership, Design to Production also provides ongoing content management services and access to its innovative content portal for client use. This platform allows AOM’s clients to easily upload and manage their artwork, ensuring a streamlined process for content updates. The Design to Production team then handles the content on behalf of AOM, ensuring quality and consistency across the digital signage network.
