Signage Enclosures

Design to Production were contracted by oOh! Media to design and supply 65-inch digital advertising enclosures. The enclosure needed to be aesthetically pleasing, robust and offer a long service lifespan. These digital advertising displays have been installed into shopping centres throughout Australia.

Some of the requirements for the enclosure design included ease of maintenance, vandal resistance and the ability to use multiple hardware suppliers.

The design allows for interchangeable brackets and hardware, allowing installers to simply replace damaged parts, or configure the single-sided unit into a double-sided unit within minutes.

D2P has also designed many variations of this enclosure for special campaigns. Some of these configurations include:

  • Integration of a button and printer for voucher campaigns
  • Touch screen options
  • Kinect hardware for augmented reality advertising
  • SMS to print voucher campaigns
  • Vending of small sample packs
  • Dispensing of scents for multi-sensory campaigns
