Mobile LED Signage Wall

Design to Production was engaged by Volkswagen to design and manufacture a large-format LED signage wall that could be moved to different parts of the showroom without the need for any special equipment. On one side of the double-sided unit is an array of LED panels for a display area measuring 3.2m wide by 1.7m high, while the reverse side caters for the mounting of static posters.

A lockable door at the base of the unit houses an assortment of hardware components to drive the LEDs including a media player, Apple TV and even a Sony Playstation.

Heavy-duty lockable castors at the base allows the unit to be moved around the showroom to cater for changes to its layout.
